Enterprise Recruiters, a division of Gibson Consultants, was started to fill a void, bringing the thoroughness and rigor of retained search to mid-level hiring needs.

Gibson Consultants focuses on senior management and executive level searches for health technology and tech-enabled service companies.  Yet its clients also have  mid-level hiring and technology leadership needs that aren't appropriate for retained search (e.g., sales, implementation, project management, engineering, infrastructure etc.)  Even though mid-level, these are critical hires that must get done right.

Most of our clients are health technology and tech-enabled service companies. They typically serve the hospital, ambulatory, subacute, and/or payor markets. They are mostly smaller firms, often funded by venture capital or private equity.
